Kicked Up Cocktails
For Holidays or Special Occasions
Bloody Mary
A Bloody Mary is especially for the "day after" (hair of the dog)
Or for just a snappy refreshment
In a tall or specialty glass:
2 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. chilled beef broth
1/2 oz. lemon juice
Top off with chilled vegetable or tomato juice (I prefer vegetable)
6 (or more) drops of red hot sauce
6 (or more) drops of habanero sauce
3 (or more) drops of worcestershire sauce
Add a dash of black pepper
Add a dash of celery or garlic salt
Add ice, if you want, and garnish with a celery stick
