A Brandy Alexander is enjoyable as a dessert or after-dinner drink
Or for relaxing in front of a nice hot fireplace

In a blender:
2 oz. brandy
2 oz. dark creme de cacao
1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. light cream
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate ice cream (your choice)
Blend until smooth
Serve in a cocktail glass
Garnish with tad of nutmeg
