Hot Spiced Rum
There aren't many recipes for Hot Spiced Rum on the net...
They must be closely guarded!
I've been satisfying guests with this one for years
On VERY LOW heat:
8 oz. dark rum
1 oz. cinnamon-flavored liqueur
1 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mixed allspice, and cloves
(You might want to add a bit of water, maybe not)
Slowly warm the mixture
Serve in a tumbler
Garnish with an orange slice, cinnamon stick or both.
